Get paid.
When she becomes a client, you earn 10% of every payment she makes during her first contract. Payouts go out on the 15th of every month.

Our done-for-you podcast booking. We run everything for six months.

Our done-with-you system. Her pitch, her curated list, and the software her team pitches from, built in 7 days.

A one-day intensive for the woman who’s ready to start her own podcast.
Paid all at once, or 10% of each payment if she’s on a payment plan.
You don’t have to know which one fits her. Just send her to us. We’ll figure out the right one together.

Do I have to be a client to be a partner?
No. Most partners are, but some are peers and community leaders I trust. Every partner is invited.
How do I get credit for a referral?
Two ways. Email me an intro, or have her put your name on her application. If two partners introduce the same woman, whoever introduced her first gets credit.
What if she’s already talking to Scout’s Agency?
Then she isn’t a new referral. If she’s already on a call with us or in our pipeline, we’ll tell you.
When and how do I get paid?
On the 15th of every month, for payments that came in the month before. It usually lands in your bank account within 1 to 4 business days. We pay through Gusto. When your first referral signs, you’ll get a link to set up your payouts and fill out a W-9.
What if a client leaves early?
Your payouts stop when her payments stop. You keep everything you’ve earned.
Do renewals count?
Commission covers her first contract. That’s 6 months for the Podcast Tour and 12 months for The Placement Studio.
Do I have to tell people I’m a partner?
Yes. A simple “I’m a Scout’s Agency referral partner” does it. It’s the law, and it’s also just honest.
Is the masterclass or podcast spot required?
No. It’s there when you want it, and we’ll find a date that works for both of us.
