Scout's Agency is the podcast booking and guest strategy agency for female entrepreneurs. Founded by Gabrielle Scout, we have produced 6,000+ podcast episodes for founders, coaches, and thought leaders — placing women on the shows their dream clients are already listening to.

We are a fast-growing media and education brand in the middle of a pivotal year. In 2026 we are launching proprietary software, a flagship podcast, an evergreen course ecosystem, and a full rebrand of our signature done-with-you offer. We are building the infrastructure to become the definitive name in podcast strategy for female entrepreneurs — and we need a Content & Marketing Manager who wants to be part of building something that matters.

A true creative partner.

You will work directly with Scout — side by side, in her world, in her voice. This is not a role where you execute someone else's vision from a brief. You will be a true creative partner: someone who understands what Gabrielle is building, anticipates what the brand needs next, and executes it at the highest level.

Your job is to amplify — the quality of our content, the quantity of our output, the reach of our marketing, and the performance of our funnels. You will own content creation and execution across every channel, run the operations that make great content possible, manage our marketing funnels, and take full ownership of our Instagram ads strategy as we build and scale it.

This role is equal parts creative and operational. You have to love making beautiful, compelling content and love the systems and processes that make it consistent. Both halves matter equally here.

This is a role for someone who is obsessed with social media, marketing, and content — and is ready to own it completely at a brand that is about to blow up.

Social Media — Instagram & TikTok

Content calendar ownershipPlan, schedule, and execute the full content calendar across Instagram and TikTok — Reels, carousels, Stories, static posts, and trial content.

Video editingEdit Reels and TikToks to a high standard — tight cuts, on-brand aesthetic, text overlays, captions, audio syncing. You make Gabrielle's raw footage look exceptional.

Caption writingWrite captions in Gabrielle's voice — direct, warm, punchy, and conversion-focused. Every caption has a purpose.

Trend monitoringStay ahead of platform trends, trending audio, and format shifts. Bring recommendations proactively — not when asked. Use AI for this.

Community managementMonitor comments, flag DMs that need Gabrielle's attention, and maintain the brand presence in the comments section.

Performance trackingTrack what's working, what's not, and bring data-driven recommendations to improve reach, engagement, and follower growth week over week.

NewsletterOwn the weekly newsletter — writing, formatting, scheduling, and performance tracking. Voice must be consistent with Gabrielle's brand across every send.

Podcast contentSupport the production and marketing of The Visibility Atelier podcast — show notes, clip editing, episode graphics, social promotion, and distribution.

Offer contentCreate and manage the content that lives inside our offers — course materials, launch assets, lead magnets, email sequences, and freebie collateral.

Launch contentOwn the content execution for every live launch — email sequences, social campaigns, countdown content, webinar assets, and post-launch follow-up.

Content Operations & Logistics

Photographer & videographer coordinationSource, schedule, and brief content creators for brand shoots. Own the creative direction brief so every shoot produces on-brand, usable content.

Podcast studio bookingBook studios and manage logistics for podcast recordings, interviews, and video content sessions.

Travel & shoot logisticsCoordinate travel, location, and scheduling for any content creation that requires it.

Content library managementMaintain an organized, accessible library of all brand assets — photos, videos, graphics, copy — so nothing gets lost and everything is findable.

Scheduling & publishingOwn the scheduling and publishing workflow across all platforms — nothing goes live without your eyes on it first.

Funnel ownershipBecome the expert on every Scout's Agency funnel — from lead magnet opt-in to course purchase to Essentials inquiry. Understand every step, every email, every trigger.

ManyChat managementOwn our ManyChat flows — build new keyword triggers, optimize existing sequences, and ensure every CTA on every post is connected to a live, converting flow.

FlodeskManage our email marketing platform — list segmentation, welcome sequences, nurture campaigns, launch sequences, and performance reporting.

Funnel optimizationIdentify where leads are dropping off and bring solutions. Open rates, click rates, opt-in conversion, sales page performance — you watch these numbers and improve them.

Lead magnet executionOwn the technical setup and promotion of all freebies and lead magnets — landing pages, delivery sequences, and list growth tracking.

Instagram Ads

01
Ads ownershipOwn our Instagram ads strategy and execution end to end. You do not need prior ads experience — we are investing in training and education for this role. What you need is the ownership mindset and the willingness to master it.

Learning & implementingComplete ads training, apply what you learn directly to Scout's Agency campaigns, and build our paid acquisition muscle from the ground up.

Campaign managementSet up, monitor, and optimize campaigns — ad creative, copy, targeting, budget, and performance reporting.

Creative testingWork with Gabrielle to test ad creatives, hooks, and audiences. Bring findings back and iterate quickly.

What success looks like in the first 90.

01Content calendar is planned 2 weeks ahead and executing without Gabrielle having to chase anything.
02Instagram Reels and TikTok content is posting consistently with measurable improvement in reach and engagement.
03Newsletter is going out weekly, on time, in Gabrielle's voice.
04All ManyChat flows are live, tested, and converting.
05At least one Instagram ads campaign is live and being actively optimized.
06Every content shoot is booked, briefed, and producing on-brand assets.
07Gabrielle's time on content execution has been cut significantly — she is focused on strategy and sales, not logistics.

What you bring.

01
2–5 years of experienceA proven track record in content, social, or marketing for a personal brand, creator, or business — enough reps that you can move fast and trust your instincts.

Social media expertiseProven experience managing Instagram and/or TikTok for a personal brand, creator, or business. You have a portfolio of content you're proud of.

Video editing skillsProficiency in CapCut, Descript, or equivalent. You can take raw footage and turn it into something people watch until the end.

Marketing fundamentalsYou understand funnels, email marketing, lead generation, and conversion. You know that content without strategy is just noise.
05
Email platform experienceFlodesk, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar. You are comfortable building and managing sequences.

Project managementYou can juggle multiple channels, deadlines, and deliverables without dropping things. You have a system.

Excellent written communicationCaptions, email copy, newsletter content — you write well and you write fast.
08
Excited about AIYou must be excited about AI, implementing AI tools, and adapting new AI strategies to get this job done to the most proficient degree possible.

Bonus, but not requiredExperience with ManyChat, podcast production, or paid social ads.
