Potential Energy Coalition is bringing us in as their podcast strategy and outreach partner to launch the Podcast Energy Coalition; an exclusive network of podcast hosts and producers committed to integrating nuanced, research-backed climate messaging into their content.
The goal is to help Potential Energy Coalition share tested and proven language designed to engage a critical audience who may feel alienated by traditional climate narratives. These talking points equip podcasters with subtle, audience-tested ways to weave climate awareness into everyday conversations, whether they’re discussing home decor, lifestyle, wellness, or family topics, without polarizing terminology.
The end result: A curated coalition of podcasters authentically embedding these insights into conversations, reaching audiences in meaningful, unexpected ways.
Scope of Work
Strategic Kickoff
A 3-hour consulting session with CEO Gabrielle Scout to shape the vision, messaging, and outreach strategy for the Podcast Energy Coalition, ensuring alignment on goals, audience, and tone while adding podcast expertise to the campaign.Targeted Podcast List + Brand Strategy Deck
Research and curate a list of 50 targeted podcasts whose hosts have expressed interest in climate change or adjacent topics and would be open to a campaign like this.Exclusive Outreach
Engage with and aim to secure 12 podcast hosts by the end of the year (Oct–Dec) to become ambassadors of the Podcast Energy Coalition, integrating Potential Energy Coalition’s tested messaging naturally into their content.Relationship Management
Manage all outreach, communication, and onboarding to ensure each podcast host understands the campaign’s mission, receives the talking points, and authentically incorporates them into their conversations.
